About us
Wise Wizard Techs started from a simple observation: most tech help is built for people who already understand tech. Everyone else gets rushed, talked over, or sold something.
So we do the opposite. A Wizard comes to your home, sits down next to you, and works at whatever speed feels comfortable. We explain what we are doing while we do it, and we write it down before we leave. Nothing is too small to ask about, and nothing you ask is silly.
We work with adult children too. If you live out of state and your parent needs a hand, you can arrange the visit, and with your parent's okay we will call you afterward with a plain-language summary.
