In-home technology help for older adults — built on trust, not transactions.
Wise Wizard Techs brings patient, judgment-free technology support into the homes of Utah's seniors — phones, computers, televisions, and streaming — and treats the trust that requires as the product itself.
The problem we set out to solve
Technology changes faster every year, and it leaves older adults behind — not for any lack of ability, but for lack of anyone patient enough to teach them. Call centers are impatient; family is busy or far away. The very gap that makes daily technology hard also leaves seniors the most-targeted victims of technology-enabled fraud.
Who we serve
Our end user is the senior; our paying customer is often the adult child arranging care from out of state. Every visit ends with an emailed recap, so distant family stays informed.
Trust is the product
We are a trust business delivered through technology help, not the reverse. Our boundaries are published, not implied, and every technician is background-checked, insured and badged.
Never a password.
You type it yourself. Nothing is written down and nothing is kept.
Never banking or taxes.
Those accounts stay yours alone. We help with the device, not the finances.
No device leaves the home.
Whatever we work on stays where it lives. Nothing gets taken away for repair.
No change without asking.
We explain first, then we act, then we write down what we did.
Scam prevention is woven into every visit, not sold as an add-on.
The team
Two founders with roughly fifteen years each in software. Adam leads service delivery, visit methodology, and the guide library; Alex leads institutional sales, referral partnerships, and the family channel — bringing the discipline of repeatable, scalable systems to a category run, until now, one well-meaning individual at a time.
What we have built
A large-print guide library covering TV, phone, computer and safety. Dedicated scam-defense pages. Field-safety and conduct rules, a visit-logging process, ID badges, and a technician security-check procedure — all in place before the first visit.
